Walk type: Easy with just one grassy hill.
Distance: 3.6 miles.
Duration: 01.40 hrs.
Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, waterproof boots or wellies might be needed on certain parts of this walk.
Leaving Gwinear church, we head northwest along Herland Hill. We come to Gwinear War Cemetery with a great view of the Angarrick railway viaduct.
Heading west, we come to the track on the left, Drannock Lane, which goes through a farm. Despite its designation as a Lane, it is more a wide bridal way used mainly by farm vehicles.
